Description: 40 year old female who presented to discuss breast augmentation revision. She previously had a crescent lift and 550 cc silicone implants that had developed capsular contracture. We performed bilateral capsulectomy, removal of old silicone implants (the left was found to be ruptured) and replacement with similar sized 550 cc silicone implants in an improved position. She was ecstatic with the changes which are shown one year later.
